Role Overview

The person in this role will manage, analyze and optimize paid digital and offline media to acquire new customer and optimize acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI by channel and media campaign.

Responsibilities include:

  • Testing, optimizing, scaling and tracking all digital marketing channels including paid social acquisition and retargeting
  • Analyzing, creating, and implementing testing and strategy to improve ROI, optimize spend, and maximize results

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for campaign execution and optimization of a rapidly growing media plan, test new mobile and desktop ad networks and implement user acquisition strategies to help Dashlane acquire the next 10 million users faster!

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing paid social, and display media buy through 3rd party campaign management platforms
  • Working with media partners to create and execute highly-effective advertising, marketing, and multi-platform campaigns to maximize new user growth
  • Devising targeting logic, regularly testing various changes to creative, offers, messaging, ad formats, etc.
  • Developing and implementing consistent measurement strategies across marketing programs (e.g., postbacks, pixeling, UTM codes, mobile tracking links)

As the Manager of Paid Social, you will own all of our paid social channels. As our first in-house hire in this function, you will own the strategy and hiring plan for the paid social team. You’ll balance an at-scale approach to our mature businesses, while supporting the startup phase of new business launches and expansion. This role will be tightly integrated with our content, creative, and analytics functions, and expected to be in close touch with learnings from all other marketing channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the strategy and execution across our Paid Social channels at Stitch Fix. Deploying and optimizing a significant budget and help us determine how and where that budget should scale
  • Supporting a high-velocity and high-integrity experimentation environment, partnering with analytics on A/B test design and measurement, and data science on incrementality studies
  • Developing effective bid and optimization strategies (and technologies), with a process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
  • Owning the decision around third-party tools and attribution platforms. Determining when and where it is resourceful to use an agency partner vs manage in-house
