Role Overview

As an associate on the Paid Social team, you will be responsible managing campaigns across paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and new experimental channels). You will own the execution of evergreen and seasonal campaigns, as well our strategy around rigorous experiments to determine scalable drivers of business impact based on causality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning campaign planning, launch, ongoing optimization and management across our paid social channels at Stitch Fix
  • Extracting channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and accelerate performance
  • Conducting market research, track and compile industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Developing effective bid and optimization strategies, with a process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance

Role Overview

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for an experienced Facebook Buying/Paid Social Manager to develop the strategy for, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for its 7 Brands and to lead the in-house capability building as we transition from an agency to in-house management. This manager will develop the near and long term social media buying strategies in order to execute day to day tactics to increase revenue, site traffic, and conversion and maximize return on ad spend. Initial responsibilities will focus on Facebook campaigns, but will expand to include all paid social platforms for holistic cross-channel campaigns, including agency management for social channels still managed externally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading in-house management of Facebook (and other social platform) campaigns across various tactics whilst hitting program KPIs
  • Proactively leading team to track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budgets
  • Managing budgets closely, ensuring spend is aligned with seasonal performance and weekly and monthly targets met
  • Being a platform expert, familiar with all optimization levers and features of both the 3rd party social advertising tool and Facebook,Twitter etc.
