Nanigans formally announced support for Sponsored Results last week, releasing a new Ad Engine feature that enables customers to purchase advertising in the Facebook search box. Receiving a large number of queries every day from people searching on Facebook, this new feature allows advertisers to drive awareness and discovery of their app or brand alongside related apps and pages.

Early Nanigans results show that on average Sponsored Results have 23 times higher clickthrough rates (CTRs) than Marketplace Ads. In some instances, Nanigans is seeing CTRs for Sponsored Results exceed 3%.
