Role Overview

Casper is seeking a talented Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join the Acquisition Marketing team. In this role, you will be focused on expanding Casper’s customer base through strategic and creative paid social media campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing paid social campaigns end-to-end, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting
  • Developing strategies intended to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition/retention
  • Managing closely to performance targets across spend, lead generation, conversion and ROAS
  • Performing ad-hoc analyses to measure conversion and creative performance; managing workflow for continual testing, iteration, and learning
