Role Overview

Square is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day trafficking and management of online campaigns. This role requires expertise in campaign management, tag management, testing, QA and reporting. The role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance, keeping a finger on the pulse and performance of Square campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily performance of Paid Search and Social programs through campaign management software
  • Building and projecting manage testing plan to launch new audiences and creatives within social channel
  • On-going financial management (budget and forecast) of campaigns
  • Analyzing campaign performance, pull reports, and make recommendations for optimization

Role Overview

Gwynnie Bee is seeking a talented hands-on Performance Marketing Associate to manage paid advertising campaigns. The right candidate will join a team of passionate, collaborative, and data-driven acquisition marketers.The goal of this position is to assist the Senior Manager on all day to day operations on social media paid advertising programs, including but not limited to, daily reporting, optimization of bids and budget, ad and audience creation and optimization recommendations. The position would also require assistance on reporting, bid changes and trafficking on PPC activity. This role has potential to grow to include other paid programs too.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up campaigns and manage ongoing requirements for uploading new creative, managing bids, spend and targeting
  • Consolidating metrics from multiple data sources to generate insights on campaign, audience and ad performance to inform audience and ad strategy
  • Reporting on campaign, ad and targeting performance and surface insights cross-functionally
  • Optimizing activity to ensure we continually improve the efficiency of our advertising campaigns including launching A/B tests and analyzing results

Role Overview

Airbnb is looking for a talented Paid Growth Manager to join the Performance Marketing team in our San Francisco office. This role will report to the regional Paid Growth Manager and own our paid acquisition efforts in the Americas. Responsibilities include driving the SEM strategy, testing new growth opportunities, and partnering closely with our functional partners teams to achieve aggressive goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, managing, and executing global online marketing projects across a diverse range of initiatives (e.g. revenue generation, user signups, strategic investments, etc.)
  • Identifying and testing new SEM growth opportunities across segments (device, audience segments, platforms, etc.) through opportunity assessment, data analysis, research, and collaboration with peers across regional offices
  • Leveraging resources across Performance Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to intelligently scale acquisition efforts
  • Managing performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team’s workflow
