Digital Growth Manager, Wealthsimple (New York City)

Role Overview

Our marketing team, based in NYC, is looking for an experienced digital marketer to help Wealthsimple expand globally. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully in an early-stage company with the momentum of a successful team and product behind you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all day-to-day operations, including ad trafficking, bid and budget management for the company’s paid digital channels. You’ll primarily use Google AdWords and Bing Ads, but experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms is a plus
  • Demonstrating not only your breadth of PPC/SEM knowledge but also uncover new opportunities within existing PPC/SEM platforms
  • Analyzing all front end campaigns within the ad platforms (CTRs, CPCs, Avg. Position etc.) as well as proprietary back end data and website analytics to optimize conversions from our target audiences
  • Expanding and test new opportunities and strategies to drive channel growth

Digital Marketing Manager, Harry’s (London)harrys logo

Role Overview

This is an entrepreneurial and hands-on role responsible for shaping our customer acquisition strategy and execution. You’ll be required to take a highly nimble test-and-roll-out approach to direct response marketing channels, hitting sign-up goals and cost per acquisition targets. As Channel Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning, managing, scaling and optimizing cost-effective acquisition channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Search, Display, Native (content). As part of your channel management, you’ll be required to get head-deep in analytics, reporting, creative strategy, creative testing, and attribution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a selection of direct response marketing channels, primarily digital and some offline, to drive cost effective customer acquisition
  • Understanding the key metrics that drive performance of those channels, including but not limited to: CPA, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM
  • Establishing our understanding of UK channel performance, relative performance vs. US channels & areas of initial opportunity/development
  • Laying out an optimization roadmap for those DR channels, including creative, targeting and bidding, UX

  • Collaborating with our product team to optimize virality and conversions
  • Quantitatively testing hypotheses about customer behavior using large proprietary data sets; leverage results to increase conversion and retention at every touch point
  • Utilizing data to improve existing campaigns and efficiently produce new ads and promotions
